What a fantastic first week back! It was lovely to see the children come back into school with smiles on their faces and brilliant mind-sets to get involved with their new learning in their new classes. Asia class started their science topic for this half term and have been learning all about the circulatory system. Once the children recapped and understood how the other systems in our body operate, they began to explore how the heart, lungs and blood help to transport water, nutrients and oxygen around our bodies. As the sun was shining, we took our learning outdoors and acted out the circulatory process on the playground to help children really understand this involuntary process within our bodies. The class then created some of their own fact files on the circulatory
system using their own research. Check out some of the fantastic results!
