Key Stage 1 had a fantastic trip to Beaulieu Motor Museum. Each class took part in three interesting activities on the trip. First, Maple goit to explore the motor museum. The children learnt about the history of cars, see ‘Blue Bird’ and even have a go on the ride – Wheels. After that, they went to Palace House and met the very strict governess. The children found out about Victorian life and explored the palace rooms. They then had a picnic on the beaultiful grounds before starting their last activity – exploring Victorian toys.
The children had a day to remember and one of the Beaulieu staff told me “I have never seen such wonderfully enthusiastic children at the museum.” The pupils behaved impeccably and had a fantastic day – thank you to all the parents who volunteered.
