This week we learnt how to make a basic sushi roll with cucumber and dicon as a filling. We tasted the different components of the sushi – some we liked others we did not. This will form the basis of our DT/Cooking linked with this terms topic, Japan and volcanoes. We are going to be developing our own version of sushi for a sushi café at the end of the half term.
