Oak Base Highlights

Due to some technical issues the Oak blog has been out of action so far this year. I am pleased to say this has now been resolved and posts will be made regularly. Sorry for an inconvenience.
 Autumn term
As this is the first post this will be a look back at all the exciting things that have happened in Oak Base since September.
The children have all settled in extremely well and have made a wonderful start to their school lives.
Since starting the children have been enjoying exploring the outdoor areas, searching for bugs and other creepy crawlies in the wild garden. They have been planting bulbs and playing with the water channels. Everyone had fun creating a space dance and using the musical instruments and dressing up clothes to create shows and bands.
Since starting in September, Oak Base has seen many strange and wonderful things happen. We have had giants stop by after climbing down a magical beanstalk, a cute little hedgehog popped in with his owner to say hello, some mischievous elves and been in the classroom leaving snowy footprints behind and Miss Ellis even had to dry her pants at school!
Well done for a super term Oak Base!
